Opened by a touch only and catch the door easily with a strong spring mechanism. To be used in same applications as magnet push latches, but ideal for cabinets housing electronics sensitive to magnetic field.
It is also effective to reduce door sagging and holds door closed firmly in case of shock, earthquakes or transportation.
